We are a fast paced, full service, multilocation butcher shop and delicatessen. We specialize in giving great customer service as well as supplying the highest quality of meats in the area.

At Primal, we believe in cross training our employees in all areas and skill sets of our busy shops. We are looking for someone who has aspirations and the skill set to eventually run the store. We provide on the job training for line work as well as an active, on the fly, butcher’s training system to those who qualify for that position. Once the 5 week training is complete as well as butcher training then the next step would be assistant manager training.

Some skill sets that would be helpful but not necessary would be:

• Knife Skills
• Cooking Knowledge
• Meat Knowledge
• Sandwich Making
• Deli Experience

Salary range is $16 to $19/hr
