Date Night: Lobster Ravioli Feast

Treat your partner to a romantic night full of sumptuous, chef-inspired dishes. Start by creating fresh, from-scratch pasta dough, which our chef instructor will walk you through rolling and cutting. You will then fill the ravioli with lobster and fold it into a delicious white wine sauce. We’ll create a flavor-packed crostini by caramelizing shallots to contrast with the tart balsamic-fig jam and creamy burrata. Dress up a crunchy winter salad with blood oranges for a bright, fresh addition to this better-than-restaurant meal.
