Mommy & Me – Postpartum Yoga

Join Sabrina for a gentle, supportive Postpartum Yoga Workshop designed to help new moms reconnect with their bodies and rebuild confidence after birth. This workshop is perfect for those who are 6 weeks or more postpartum (with medical clearance) and looking for a safe, welcoming space to move, breathe, and heal. Babies are welcome! In fact, Sabrina will be bringing her three month old baby too!
What to Expect:
- Gentle yoga sequences focused on pelvic floor health, core stability, and overall strength
- Breathwork and mindfulness practices to support emotional well-being
- Connection with other new moms
- Modifications and options for all levels of experience and recovery
Whether you’re looking to regain strength, ease tension, or simply have a moment to yourself, this workshop is here to support you through your postpartum journey.
