In Sur La Table’s all-new Summer Series designed for ages 12 and older\, your teen will learn to become more creative and confident in the kitchen. Guided by a chef instructor\, they’ll explore challenging menus and global cuisines while learning advanced cooking and baking techniques\, essential food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety. On the last day kids put their skills to the test with a mystery challenge! Using only ingredients given to them\, they will have to create a delicious meal from scratch. At the end of the week\, each student goes home with a printed menu\, graduation certificate and skills to use for a lifetime.
