Winter Pasta Workshop

There’s nothing more delicious than fresh pasta, and crafting it yourself is much easier than you might think. First, a Sur La Table chef instructor will guide you through creating two pasta doughs from scratch—classic and spinach—which you can use for any number of pasta shapes. Then, you’ll learn to prepare two sauces to pair with your handcrafted pasta. To finish class, we’ll whip up a sweet pick-me-up: Caramel and Vanilla Affogato.
