Sur La Table Opens at Stuyvesant Plaza

There was a celebration for a new store that opened Saturday at Stuyvesant Plaza.

Kitchen and culinary store, Sur La Table, held a grand opening for its first Capital Region location. Instead of a typical ribbon-cutting, they broke an oversized baguette that was baked for them by the shop next door – Bountiful Bread. General manager and resident chef, Rachel Goulet says the store hopes to welcome customers not just to buy, but also to learn how to cook for themselves.
