Bountiful Bread is an old-world, artisan bakery first opened in Albany’s Stuyvesant Plaza in 1996. We bake a variety of breads every day which we distribute wholesale and retail. We also create sandwiches, soups, salads, and bowls, as well as cookies, cakes, and muffins. Part of the White Management Corporation family of restaurants, Bountiful Bread offers employees a range of benefits—from health care to 401k retirement savings. Our restaurant family is focused on serving satisfying food, contributing to our community, and caring for our planet. We are looking for a scratch bread baker to join our team. Familiar with mixing, proofing, handling and baking fresh breads. Able to work with minimal supervision, able to multi-task, high sanitation standards a must. 1-2 years experience preferred.

Salary Range: $17 to $23 per hour based on experience.
