St. Patrick’s Day Macarons Workshop at Sur La Table

Have a little luck of the Irish on your side as you learn to create French macarons in this 3-hour baking class! The chef instructor will teach you the skills and techniques for perfecting macaron with festive flavors. You’ll learn to build your batter, how to correctly meringue eggs and tips for coloring your batter. After properly piping your batter into classic and fun shapes, you’ll bake your treats to perfections. We’ll teach you how to create an Irish cream buttercream and cereal milk-infused ganache, how to fill your crisp shells and decorate with gold dust. By the end of class, you’ll have delicious French macarons ready to enjoy for St. Patrick’s Day.
